Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times is very important to us.
HOLK RC ships to all states and territories in Australia. The postage costs will be added to your selections in your cart. We also ship to all countries around the world. Please contact us with the products you are after and your location and we will get you a shipping price. We use multiple shipping companies and use which ever is the cheapest for you. If you have a favourite international shipping company and would like to use them, or use an account you may have with a particular carrier, we are more than willing to assist in that as well.

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit. We do not ship orders on Sunday or Public Holidays.

International Shipping Policy
International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (Including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) HOLK RC will not refund any product or shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
At HOLK RC we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product we are always more than happy to help. Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Unfortunately HOLK RC cannot offer a replacement where the product has sustained damage due to mis-use, abnormal use or negligent use, whether that has been identified by HOLK RC or the manufacturer. However in such a case, we may offer you repair for your product at your cost.
