Facet 2300 Short Kit by Sterner

This is the short wood kit for the Facet 2300 by Kerry Sterner. The short kit includes all of the balsa and plywood formers and ribs as laid out on plan. The Facet series sport jet was designed as an easy, quick build, inexpensive wood airframe for primary use on short, grass field operations.
 
The design incorporates a Foam Core wing and an all wood fuselage. All expensive items such as fibreglass inlets, tailpipes, retracts etc have been eliminated in this design.
 
The Facet airframe can be assembled in as little as 2 weekends by any average builder. One of the most desired features of the Facet is that all the Turbine electronics and fuel delivery components are mounted on a single removable tray, greatly simplifying the Turbine Installation. 
 
The Facet 2300 basic structure uses conventional modelling tools and materials such as balsa, plywood, foam and the techniques are straightforward, easily accomplished by anyone with pervious model building experience. There are also many online building threads on rcuniverse forums and rcscalebuilder forums. 
 
HOLK RC can also offer the plan and accessories required to complete this model as well if required. The plan is not included as part of this item.
